I was there not too long ago. I found the place to be friendly enough... just a bit staid and expensive with lots of old cemeteries. Cambridge, MA was a lot more fun. Eating/drinking there was cheaper too.

Screw you we have the bigh digh. Our underdog sports teams ah bettah than anyone else. Everyone likes our scrappy sailor mentality. If you’re not Irish-American you’re not ah Bahstonian. I park my cah in Hahvid yard. We punch anyone that disagrees wit ah sports team.

A good start, but let me correct you on something here.
Everything inside Route 128 (also known as Interstate 95 and/or 93) IS Boston. It’s just one huge mess of urban sprawl and traffic.
Of course, I live in the suburbs, right along 495. Here is a true Bostonian’s world map.
